FOURTH ACTION STEP

When you practice being in the NOW your brain waves will naturally slow to an Alpha State. Through a Daily Practice of being in the NOW you will gain the ability to shift into an Alpha State at will.

In this state you will fall into what is known as a Gap of No Mind – a Pure Stream of Consciousness in which you are highly Aware and Alert! This is a highly creative state of mind.

Closing your eyes automatically triggers your brain waves to slow to an Alpha State.

Your subconscious levels of mind can more easily be impressed with the commands you create for reprogramming it when you are in an Alpha State!

Practice showing Gratitude in the NOW. Think of all things you have to be grateful for in your life right NOW. Write them down.

Begin a practice of starting your day by giving thanks!

There is so much to be thankful for in your life. Acknowledge your abundance.

Say thank you for all the opportunities you have in life.

Giving thanks generates positive, high frequency vibrations for attracting your desires and one of the quickest ways to shift states of consciousness.

Show appreciation for the beauty that is yours to experience in each moment of your life.

A practice of thinking of all the things you have to be grateful for will help dispel any feelings of separateness or isolation, so prevalent among people in today’s society.

Gratitude helps dispel feelings of fear, worry and anxiety.

Remember to give thanks and affirm that you are ALWAYS loved and supported.
